While the Quint-essential creature feature’s 50th anniversary launched this side quest, lots of things buoyed the process: DIY construction-paper banners, watch parties, the Jaws @ 50 documentary, the most epic font (created by Radek Łukasiewicz, shared by Stephanie Falaschetti), daily incantations to sustain “Jaws Girl Summer” long after the planned wrap, other super fans, and my own growing zine collection.
